I started my practice to focus on working with teens and adults on helping them overcome their struggles, reclaim their lives, and get them to a place where they feel like they're living a life worth living!
My treatment starts with focusing on developing a positive and supportive relationship. I provide a warm, judgement free, and accepting therapy experience. We'll figure out what your treatment goals are early on. You'll learn coping and problem solving skills, how to challenge negative thoughts, and tools to create change in your day to day life.
