I specialize in treating women's issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, anxiety, depression, and career issues. My past work in community mental health and private group practice has afforded me the opportunity to work with individuals from different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds
I incorporate several theoretical approaches in my counseling practice including Cognitive-Behavioral, Person Centered, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness as well as utilizing active listening to create a safe space for processing through the issues troubling you.
