Hello! My name is Patricia Soto and I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to mental well-being. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from depression, anxiety, life adjustments, grief, and work stress, to family or relationship stress. I believe we already have the solutions to what we are faced with... we’ve just forgotten how to identify them. I work collectively with my clients to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
My therapeutic style and approach have been a good fit for teens and adults who may be dealing with challenges or life stressors. Oftentimes, this will present in the form of depression, anxiety, or relationship issues. I work to help my client navigate through these difficult seasons of life by building the skills needed to live a life of fulfillment.
