I can also help you use meditation, sound, movement, art, or spirituality in addition to talk therapy as complimentary therapy.
I specialize in helping couples to communicate better, and reduce conflict so repairs can be made. I specialize in using EMDR to desensitize trauma symptoms with individuals, I help people walk the path of recovering from abuse and I help folks who have eating disorders to stay on the path of recovery.
