I provide therapy to adults of all ages, and use Internal Family Systems with trauma-informed care. IFS therapy will guide you to alleviate symptoms from unresolved past issues and overwhelming events that remain present in our daily lives; and mental wellbeing issues that decrease our quality of life. I believe this modality can help many of us who tried other ways and are still seeking relief from intrusive thoughts, anxiety, trauma stressors, and unhealthy coping behaviors. As a strong advocate for therapy, I follow modalities that believe and tap into the resources we have in ourselves to heal. I am inclusive.
I want the opportunity to guide you through a compassionate, curious, and calm approach to connect to your inner system. My primary focus is meeting clients where they are in their healing journey and having a trauma informed approach to support their healing, adding coping skills where needed so not to overwhelm you and allow for Self-Energy to increase.
