I am a marriage, family, child therapist committed to the mental health and well being of my clients. Our challenges have never been greater as families muddle through the fallout of Covid 19 and adjust to a new normal in America. It is important to remember that stress, anxiety, and depression are very treatable conditions. I am trained in CBT, Family Systems, Grief, Trauma, Narrative, and Mindfulness therapies. I use an integrative approach to treatment, based on the presenting issues and the particular needs of the client. I am goal oriented, direct, and solution focused.
