I am a mature therapist with much life experience to draw upon. This life experience, in addition to extensive educational preparation is the foundation of my work with individuals and couples who wish to experience a greater sense of aliveness and maintain a consistent sense of self in relationship with others.
I use the principles of Integrative Body Psychotherapy to assist clients in moving quickly to the heart of their issues. This allows clients to experience results in a short time. Clients are seen and heard in a safe and supportive environment.
Integrative Body Psychotherapy is a non-touching modality which addresses breathing patterns and the flow of energy in the body to increase the client's awareness and assist them in resolving the issues surrounding habitual personal themes that have become troublesome.
