I am Patricia "Trish" Pierzga, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of experience. I am passionate about partnering with adults and adolescents to assist them in understanding life's challenges in a safe space. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, bipolar disorders, life transitions, and trauma. My integrated treatment approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy (RT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy (PCT), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Scranton, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kaplan University, and received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
