My work with clients is collective, as we work together as a team, with a focus on discovering ones' strengths, support, meaning, and healing. I believe it is my duty to aid clients to reach their goals, and to work individually and authentically.
My experience has allowed me the honor to work within the foster care system, with local schools to provide training, as well as practicing advocacy throughout Volusia County. I have experience working with clients from a variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ and different religious/spiritual backgrounds.
I incorporate a vast amount of tools to assist clients on their journey to healing, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person Centered Approach, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Trauma Informed Care, and I am 1 of 40 counselor nationally that will be providing HIPAA compliant virtual reality therapy.
