Hello! My name is Patti and I love working with adults and teens struggling with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, and relationship problems. I incorporate elements of DBT, ACT, and Mindful Self-Compassion into my work and personal life. I enjoy helping others do the same in order to transform their lives. Working with me, you'll discover that I'm very casual and up-front about who I am as a person.
I am extensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). I have worked a long time in this field and bring in a variety of other techniques and tools depending on what I believe a person needs at any given time.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy groups are an evidenced-based treatment modality that teaches skills for coping with mood dysregulation, interpersonal problems, and compulsive mood-dependent behavior. While it was specifically designed for persons suffering with chronic self-harm behavior and suicidal ideation, the research has shown it to be effective for anyone needing help coping with life stress that seems above their ability to manage.
