I have many years of work and life experience that inform my counseling work, especially in helping people manage conflict, deal with stress effectively, manage life transitions, and work on relationships. I enjoy working with couples. I have specialized training including Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Developmental Model of Couples & Functional Family Therapy. I work with diverse groups: adults, seniors, different gender and sexual orientations, and those suffering from trauma and abuse. I use a variety of methods to help clients reach their goals.
