I am a licensed psychotherapist in Maryland with background in both social work and clinical psychology. My approach is primarily psychoanalytic/psychodynamic, but I also have expertise in cognitive-behavioral treatments for anxiety, including OCD and panic attacks.
I aim to help clients to understand themselves more deeply in order to increase feelings of self-worth, resolve anxiety, achieve greater meaning in their lives, and reduce unhappiness, relationship conflict, underachievement, and self-sabotage. I especially welcome those who have not found enough benefit from previous therapy attempts.
