Therapy is different for everyone. Some people come to counseling because they are mandated to, while others come seeking help to manage struggles. As a therapist, I am here to offer support, guidance, and techniques that you can take on your life journey to become the best version of you.
I offer individual, family, and couple’s counseling for ages 6 and up. I specialize helping people with anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, and any everyday stressors that can disrupt life. I would like to help you work through those feelings to find peace and to increase your coping skills.
As a wife, mom, and now a grandmother - I know how stressful and challenging life can be. I want you to know that you are never alone in this life. I am here and I want to help you on your journey.
