I have spent the last 10 years developing the skills to help families develop the relationships that they have always dreamed of by addressing the patterns that lead to arguing, isolation, anxiety, depression, behavioral and mental health problems. I have worked with parents to regain control in their homes and with kids and teens to experience the love and security they need to grow and succeed. I have learned that everyone has an ideal life they dream of and no child or parent enjoys feeling hurt. But change can be extremely difficult, no matter how much you want it.
I use Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), an evidenced based treatment, to help families with strengthening attachment security, co-parenting relationships, emotional regulation and parental functioning. I also incorporate strategies and interventions from CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.
