For some of us we may need help to understand how to communicate wisely in our relationships or we may need to help dealing with our loneliness, isolation and grief.
I provide Culturally-sensitive compassionate and competent care. I now work by phone and by tele-medicine online.. I have an extensive background as a psychotherapist in psycho-social assessment and treatment of trauma, addiction and codependency, anxiety and depression and anger management. Creative art therapies and Mindfulness are provided.
