I work with individuals and couples seeking to understand and resolve issues that get in the way of a fulfilling life and satisfying personal relationships. My clients are primarily adults and older adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders and self-esteem issues. Our work often involves exploring the impact of trauma, abuse, neglect or abandonment on our current sense of self and our relationships.
I work within a Relational Therapy framework, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based and Mind/Body practices with traditional talk therapy.
