Life presents all of us with challenges and difficulties that can be painful, confusing, and at times, overwhelming. Using an integrative and client-centered approach, I support each individual in the deconstruction of self-defeating beliefs and the rebuilding of empowering narratives that include self-acceptance, and support the achievement of each client’s goals.
