As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have experience helping people who feel broken and unsure about the future. My goal is to help you seek positive change in all areas of your life. Anxiety, depression, aging, codependency, sexual abuse, and other traumas affect our relationships with those we want to love, including ourselves.
