I specialize in work with adolescents, adults, and parent/child relationships, who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and school functioning issues. I also provide college and career counseling and am experienced working with clients with a wide range of diagnosis including dual diagnosis and multiple diagnosis.
My approach is based on non-judgment, empathy, respect, and collaboration, and I offer strategies that concentrate on mindfulness, self-exploration, identifying and building on one's strengths, and honoring both past and present experiences.
