My way of working is client centered- I feel that the more perspectives one has on any issue or event in life, the healthier one becomes. Holistically oriented, I believe in the body-mind connection: cognitive behavioral therapy may work for some, while others prefer to work with their dreams.
I hold licenses as an RN, a mental health counselor, and a chemical dependency professional. This broadens my own perspective in dealing with issues. I love to work with people who are tired of repeating their old patterns, are open to change, and trust the perfection of their journey.
