I use my intuition, empathy and knowledge in exercise physiology, nutrition, stress management, psychology and spirituality to provide a unique overview of how things are connected. We look at patterns and develop insight into what drives your behaviors, thoughts, emotions and spirit. Learn to unconditionally love yourself to heal at the deepest levels.
Besides being a psychotherapist, I have a MA in Integrative Health and Healing, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and was a Certified Personal Trainer for 14 years. I use all of my experiences, and knowledge to facilitate your wellbeing. I might use art, music, movement, talking, nutrition, meditation, imagery even humor!
