I am a licensed, certified social worker with 30-plus years of experience, and I love my job. I enjoy helping clients find their strengths and guide them to their goals. Together we can find the tools to allow you to gain your full potential. I have a calm presence which will enable me to connect with my clients. I see adults 18 years old and up. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and family and personal conflicts. A few of the modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
