With over 20 years of experience, I enjoy working with mature and prepared clients to dedicate the time needed to achieve their goals. I utilize various techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am using holistic, client-centered, and collaborative approaches. My main focus is Anxiety, Depression, Aging, Eating Disorders, Trauma, and PTSD.
