I specialize in helping people who struggle with codependency and ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) issues. During my 20 years of clinical work, I have also had extensive experience in working with both individuals and couples dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, fear, trauma, low self-esteem, employment stressors, relationship conflicts and grief/loss.
My style is eclectic and interactive; utilizing wisdom from a variety of treatment modalities. I also use trauma-based techniques to help bring the body and mind into balance.
