I have experience working with people of all ages. I have a concentrated specialty and high level of experience working with adolescents, teenagers and young adults. That experience expands to not just individual therapy, but also family therapy since the issues we deal with in life always extend to those we are closest to.
I favor a cognitive behavioral approach and come from a strengths perspective, but work with other approaches as indicated and needed. The therapeutic match is very important to me.
