I am a LMFT who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I am well versed in providing treatment for anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, as well as, every day concerns. As a therapist, it is my role to create a safe and comfortable environment for you and your current journey. Together, we will address your needs and work on specific goals to help you get to where you want to be. My therapeutic approach uses cognitive behavioral techniques that are goal oriented and solution focused. I help my clients learn and implement new coping skills, problem solve, and change behavior patterns to help with symptom relief.
Additionally, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their families to address both mental health and behavioral needs. In appropriate situations, I work closely with parents for treatment coordination and to ensure continuity of care. I provide individual/group therapy, social skills development, parent instructional support, and consultation.
Since evening hours are the most popular time to schedule, I offer lower rates during AM hours.
