My therapeutic style is creative, collaborative, and mindfulness-based. I like to incorporate different strategies into sessions my clients are open to such as guided meditation, nature, mindful movement, and more. I will help you to make room for your thoughts and feelings so that you can focus more on what you want to do with your time on this planet.
In our sessions, my goal is to provide a warm and safe space to talk and process. I know it can be scary to begin therapy, but it is so worth it in the end.
