I help my clients by using interpersonal effectiveness tools for healthy communication that can help reduce/decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety. I also incorporate cultural factors into my therapeutic work
I have 18 Years of experience graduating from Cambridge College with my Master’s degree in 2004. I currently offer virtual sessions with Tools for Success Counseling.
I work to create a safe space to discuss the importance of and how race and culture affects one's life. I offer Christian Counseling when requested, Court Mandated co-parenting/reunification counseling, and I also enjoy working on transitions with college students.
