Whether you are looking to address stress and/or anxiety, heal from past trauma, or make shifts in your current approach to life, my intention is to help you live in greater alignment. I believe that life offers a full range of experiences including experiences we may identify as pleasant and those which seem less pleasant (often learning opportunities in disguise). It has been my experience that when we align with our truth and open up to all parts of ourselves as well as to all of our experiences, we can live life more fully with less fear and shame, perhaps grounding into our highest Self.
I use a holistic approach to honor the whole person, encouraging clients to connect with their whole-ness throughout their healing process. Recognizing that we are not always ready to embrace all of our experiences (particularly unpleasant ones), I honor the pace of my clients allowing them to indicate readiness.
I specialize in counseling women and women+ of all ages who have experienced complex trauma - repetitive and cumulative trauma often over a prolonged period of time and in the context of certain relationships where trust and safety is expected. I offer the choice of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, & Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga for treating trauma.
