Welcome to Pathways to Empathic Counseling Services, PLLC, where you will receive a listening ear and the support to flourish. Our group practice is founded on the principle that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care in a confidential and nurturing environment. Our approach to therapy is holistic, addressing the unique needs of each client while intertwining the mind, body, and spirit. Through evidence-based practices, we empower our clients to conquer obstacles, build on their inner strengths, and create impactful change in their lives.

We engage in a reality approach with a strong reliance on cognitive behavior aspects. Areas of competence which are currently utilize includes but not limited to: Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

We envision that in times of struggle that people can learn tools to assist them if given the right space and opportunity. We provide individual or family therapy for those dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment stress, and/or family conflict. We can also assist those dealing with addiction and grief/loss situations.
