NO Evening Availability! It’s been a tough last few years and we could all certainly use a check in with ourselves. Do you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or lost? Life has been tough with technology often overpowering everyday life, leaving families disconnected. I excel at partnering with teens, young adults, and individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, & lacking motivation. Allow me to help reconnect and guide you. I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and use of mindfulness practices. I am nationally certified as a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist ( TFCBT) and Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT). I am trained in EMDR therapy to treat trauma. I don't provide medication management.
