We’re so surprised when we feel something but it “doesn’t make sense”. We “should” ourselves & judge. We waste a helluva lot of time doing this. You can't think your way out of depression, anxiety, trauma or anything else. You can talk & feel yourself out, though. Here is what I believe.
I believe -people & situations aren't black & white but grey -people aren't good or bad; right or wrong -in good enough vs perfect -in speaking your truth -good intentions aren't always enough -people are trying to do the best they can & sometimes it’s not so good -in changing what you can & accepting what you can't -in speaking your truth & being heard.
You can be happy. It comes down to being free from your past, at peace with your present & embracing your future. Sometimes we need someone else to help us figure out how to do it. I did! Someone extended their hand to me which allows me to extend mine to you. Go ahead, reach out and take it.
