I am a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Montreat College in North Carolina. My treatment approach integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Parts and Memory work.
