Dr Parissa Blake has over twenty years of clinical, research, and, educational experience. She offers evidence-based treatment for all age groups, with diverse cultural backgrounds. She has been voted the top 10% therapist by patients at Kaiser Permanente. She is a general practitioner with knowledge and experience for complex and acute mental health conditions. As an ADHD Certified Provider she can assist children and adults with this diagnosis with improving relationships and executive functioning. With Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) certification, she can help treat OCD and OCD Related Disorders. She's also DBT trained.
While she has had a wealth of clinical experience, her initial training was in working with high risk children, adolescence and young adults. She helped them and their families diagnose and build an effective and measurable treatment goals and plans. She also provides clinical supervision and teaches about Diversity & Equity (DEI) to organizations.
Whether it is individual, family, or community needs for evidence based treatment and education, in general areas of mental health, or trauma, ADHD, and OCD, she is qualified and highly regarded clinician by colleagues and clients alike.
