My name is Paris (she/her) and I am passionate about providing mental health care in a compassionate manner. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, safe space for all my clients. I understand the challenges that come with finding the right therapist, and I am committed to supporting each individual through their unique mental health journey. I believe in looking at people in a holistic way and collaboratively working with my clients, as we all have unique experiences navigating our way through this world. The therapeutic relationship that I build with clients is rooted in my ability to facilitate a comforting and nourishing space.
With expertise in both Western and Eastern modalities, I am able to service a diverse range of clients. I incorporate elements from gestalt teachings, transpersonal psychology, and mindfulness based therapy into my practice. I specialize with those living with anxiety, depression, high stress, trauma, challenging relationships.
