I specialize in supporting parents navigating ADHD, Anxiety, and ASD. Whether you are struggling as a new parent, newly diagnosed, or your kids are really struggling, I am here for you. If you feel drained and overwhelmed as you go through each day & wonder if things could be different but feel unsure about what steps to take, I get it. Starting and raising a family that is neurodiverse can add an increase in anxiety, stress and overwhelm but it doesn't have to be so hard. At Parent-Child Bond I offer individual, couple’s therapy, and parent guidance specifically to neurodivergent families. In our sessions we will look at ways we can improve forms of communication and connection while decreasing yelling & outbursts. We will better understand how sensory and executive functioning are impacting things and how support these areas
