My approach to treating OCD is to challenge you at an appropriate level. We will work collaboratively to decide what exposures you feel most comfortable with. I will never put you in a situation I wouldn't be willing to be in myself. At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized and effective specialized treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). Our understanding of these conditions enables us to treat them properly. We have training in evidence-based treatments, including Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
When you start with NOCD, you'll work with me or be paired with a therapist in our network, based on your preferences. We’ll work to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, NOCD offers support between sessions through direct messaging and access to peer communities, ensuring you never feel alone.
