We offer the same week psycho-therapy appointments, in-person and via Telehealth. The most used therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), EMDR – trauma therapy (light bar) and other modalities. We also offer counseling for grief and loss, addictions, as well as couples/ marital counseling. Therapy accepts all major insurance carriers (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Health and Medicare) in order to make our services affordable to our patients, self-pay is also an option.
Our therapists specialize in treatment of mood disorders (depression, anxiety and bipolar), OCD, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, as well as addictions, conducting psycho- therapy (individual and family sessions). We utilize only evidence based treatment modalities, based on contemporary research.
We offer compassionate, non-judgemental personalized approach to therapy. We believe that the patient is the expert on their life story, we practice patient centered approach.
