As a school counselor and therapist for the past 20 years, I have worked with people struggling in one or many areas of their lives. This includes people going through loss, divorce, grief, anxiety, depression, attentional or organizational difficulties, lack of motivation, childhood trauma, and lack of confidence. I value and support every person I work with and find that people who experience the most success in therapy put in the work and effort in and outside of therapy sessions. That being said, healing happens at a different pace for everyone, and I'm here to meet each person where they're on the journey.
I offer a person-centered approach to therapy and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques as well as mindfulness-based and solution-focused modalities.
