Coaching Parents of Children/Teens w/ ADD and ADHD

This group is not presently being offered. Children with ADHD have their names called out correctively, multiple times a day by teachers, parents, siblings and peers. While well intended, this can result in low self-esteem and a sense of failure leading to defenses of blaming, making excuses and denial. This Attachment Coaching class for Parents and teachers addresses this "stuck place" by providing concrete strategies to create structure and give effective feedback to the child/teen while building self esteem, positive coping techniques, and closeness with the parent. The start date is TBD.
