I have been in the counseling field for over 25 years. I have helped survivors of abuse and domestic violence, the LBGQT community, and adolescents. I primarily incorporate CBT but that is not the only theory I use. It depends on the needs of my clients. Recently I was trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. I currently I’m only doing tele sessions. My clients range from adolescence to adult. Most of my current clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal as a counselor is to help individuals reach their full potential to lead productive successful lives based on their needs and desires.
I recently became certified as an anxiety profession and tele mental health. I have experience with abuse survivors and domestic abuse. I am currently working towards getting my certification in CPT. I have extensive experience with adolescents whether they are having a difficult time or have been involved in the court system. My focus currently is trauma.
