The Resilient Warrior-Womens Group
A strengths based professionally led group supporting women 21 and older. Facilitated by a licensed clinician, you will learn more about yourself, gain new psychoeducational tools and coping skills as you share experiences around anxiety, separation, divorce, codependency, depression, trauma, loss and parenting. In this group, you will also receive support in a nurturing environment as you gain a greater sense of self awareness and embrace the new you. Individual assessments will be completed prior to beginning group. Limited seats.
