I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I'm passionate about supporting and helping grieving individuals as they adjust to life after loss. My doctoral dissertation was on the Effects of Child Loss on Marriage. I also work with many clients seeking help for anxiety and depression. I use CBT and a strengths-based approach.
