EFT(www.eft.ca)is a non judgmental system developed by Dr. Susan Johnson. which emphasizes creating resilience, safety, and a new sense of connection between you and your partner. I am also well versed in mindfulness, meditation, EFIT ( Emotionally Focused therapy for individuals), and systems therapy.
I believe in a collaborative, rather than an "expert" approach, though I bring many skills to the collaboration. My hope is that my clients translate change in the office into a more joyful life in the world, that includes connections with others, humor, and self-understanding.
