ERP, CBT, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness Skills are all treatment methods in which I have been trained to assist you in living a much more fulfilled and balanced life. Therapy can help you gain control over the issues that are preventing you from reaching your full potential.
With my experience working with diverse individuals in psychiatric hospitals, my training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, and my background in psychopharmacology, I’m able to collaborate with your primary care provider and/or psychiatrist to ensure proper medication balance and other biological issues that may impact your care are met.
I work with various populations and can specifically tailor therapy to your needs, plus I limit the number of patients I take for greater personalization. Flexible scheduling is offered and can include evening and weekend sessions. I’m happy to meet you in person at my Mission Valley, San Diego office near Hillcrest & Bankers Hill, or we can meet over video.
