Using a multi-model and integrative approach we will work together to discover a new experience of yourself through curiosity, compassion, mindfulness, and body awareness. I have worked extensively with individuals on personal growth through the pain and confusion of life's challenges and also with parents of adult children struggling with addiction.

Mothers Supporting Adult Children With Addiction
The Mother's Support Group offers connection for families throughout the United States who have a loved one who struggles with addiction. In a supportive environment we learn from each other to understand the nature of addiction and what our role is as a supporter. We navigate this lonely journey together as an example of the power in the shared experience. As we support each other and grow, we leave room for our loved ones to grow and ourselves to heal.
