I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am passionate about helping my patients manage challenges with anxiety, depression/grief, trauma, ADHD and related social/behavior problems
My treatment approach is individualized and collaborative, and includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Parenting support and guidance, Collaborative Problem Solving, Relaxation Training and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a specialized trauma treatment).
