With over 20 years of experience, I graduated from Lesley University with a Master in Expressive Therapy with an Art Therapy Specialization. I received post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma studies. I am a Registered Art Therapist and Certified Eat, Breathe Thrive(TM) Instructor.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing verbal therapies including CBT, DBT, humanistic, mindfulness, gestalt approaches and art therapies techniques that best suit a client's ability to move forward in therapy. My focus is on mood disorders, trauma issues, personality disorders,eating disorders, gender and sexual identity concerns.
