My counseling approach includes all aspects of well being; restorative sleep, physical activity, spending time outdoors, healthy eating, limiting caffeine & alcohol, self-talk and investing in supportive relationships.
I offer psychotherapy as well as career counseling services and am experienced in working with individuals who desire help with challenges such as depression, low self-esteem, Bi-polar disorder, ADD/ ADHD, obsessive-compulsive behavior, anxiety and stress management. Career counseling include career change/exploration, job searching and resume development.
My background includes 20 years of experience in executive recruiting, operations management and human resources in several industries (retail, financial services, manufacturing and I.T.). After a major career change, I transitioned into the counseling field, but call on my prior experience in working with clients experiencing workplace stress.
