I am passionate about helping teens (age 13+), adults, and couples learn to identify their strengths and to better understand themselves to reach their full potential and live their best lives. I implement various therapeutic strategies to best fit each client with a personalized approach. I offer counseling services to a wide range of clients by guiding, empowering, and assisting them through abusive and traumatic experiences, with a specialization in marriage, executive leaders, first responders, and the military. I create a safe space for those experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, marital and women's issues.
Life and the weight of uncertainty at times can feel overwhelming. Managing intense depression, anxiety, and relational conflict may be confusing and difficult. I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can find healing and empowerment. I use a holistic framework and evidence-based care to improve overall self-awareness.
My husband and I have been married for 44 years and have traveled to over 52 foreign countries together. I enjoy working with people and helping to equip couples with the skills for happy, healthy marriages.
